Coral Street Housing

Conversion of a mid-19th Century textile mill into 27 housing units for low-income residents and living/work space for artists. The building also includes a community room and exhibit area. The project has earned several commendations including the 2006 Grand Jury Award from The Preservation Alliance and is used by the National Park Service as a case study for historic window replacement. In 2004, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
