Adaptive re-use of a late-19th Century building originally used as a baby shoe factory. Completely renovated with great attention to the building's industrial past, the property now serves as 36 low-income senior housing units. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001 and won the 2003 Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders Award for Historic Preservation for Rehabilitation and Adaptive Re-use.
