West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School

The project consisted of the interior renovation of two adjoining properties totaling 49,000 square feet. The building was a Catholic School converted into an assisted care facility and ultimately a charter school for four hundred students. The project involved extensive demolition and rebuilding the space to accommodate multiple classrooms, library, multi-purpose room, music room, computer and science labs, cafeteria and administrative offices. The work was completed within the original six month duration and budget
