New construction of a three story building containing sixty apartments for seniors. The building is Energy Star Certified which is achieved by using Energy Star lighting fixtures, appliances, high-performance windows, high efficiency HVAC systems, upgraded building insulation, low VOC paints and water-conserving plumbing fixtures. The apartments have porches and there is an outdoor eating area that adjoins the community room.
