Village of St. John

New construction of a 3 story residential building, along with the renovation of the previously existing cathedral and associated Dean’s House. The renovation included cleaning and repairing of the exterior structure including the stone facades and all roof locations along with the interior of the cathedral.The building plan includes the newly constructed entrance which doubles at the main point of entry for residents, as well as serving as the connector piece from the old cathedral to the new addition. Extensive landscaping was completed on site as well as across the street on an adjacent site that has been turned into a new parking lot that is fenced in and completed with a motorized gate specifically designed for tenant parking.
