Casa Indiana

Casa Indiana is the new construction of a 4 story, 50 apartment building at the intersection of 2nd and Indiana. Each apartment has a full-sized kitchen, bathroom and living room with central air. The layout of the lot resulted in the building having the entrance doors at the hinge point of the building, which also gives a distinct layout to the rear of the building. Colored concrete walkways line the rear of the building, where benches and trellises populate the area. The building has a small parking lot on site and is fenced in. The front of the building shows an intricate steel mural structure placed on top of a knee wall as you approach from the north side. The building amenities include private garden, laundry facility, community room, library and an on-site medical office.
