New construction of a 4-story building that will provide affordable apartments for seniors. The building consist of (50) one and two bedroom apartments as well as common areas accessible on the second floor. Each apartment has a full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and energy star appliances. The north end of the building has 4 floors while the south facade has 3 due to the grade changes of the lot. The south end of the building has a retention basin and planting area to provide outside space for residents. The building amenities includes a fitness and laundry room, a community room with a kitchen and an arts and crafts room.
