Roberto Clemente Homes
Former hosiery factory and once used as a school was
renovated into 38 affordable housing apartments (6 apartments being ADA),
a community room, ground floor for commercial space and an outdoor playground. Work included removing 3
floors off the top of the building and demolishing a multi-story wings off the
back of the building as well. Work also included a new elevator and shaft, a new stair tower, new windows
throughout the building and typical finishes.
